Marc Quinn's use of the awesome Camell Laird Shipyard across the Mersey in Birkenhead as a site for his latest work seems typical of the Biennial's regeneration of urban spaces through art and culture.

His projection of light through a fine spray of water creates a subtle rainbow between the huge walls of this cathedral-like warehouse, closed down just one year before the installation.
